From the moment we arrived, the attentive staff made us feel at home, offering a warm welcome and excellent service throughout our visit. the room was impeccably clean with a cozy seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a luxurious private bathroom with a bidet and complimentary toiletries. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore popular attractions like the Rustaveli Theatre and Tbilisi Opera. We also appreciated the hotel's concierge service and tour desk, which helped us plan our city adventures with ease. the thoughtful amenities such as the welcome drink and free WiFi made our experience even more enjoyable. We particularly loved the terrace, where we could unwind with a drink after a day of sightseeing. Overall, Graf Hotel provided us with a memorable and comfortable stay in the heart of Old Tbilisi, blending modern conveniences with the city's rich cultural heritage. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay in this vibrant city.
